No returns or refunds on used products. No exceptions even if it was only used once and cleaned. Check the contents of your package when it arrives. Inspect it; ensure that all the components are present, it is in acceptable condition, and that your order was correct. If not, let us know within 5 calendar days of delivery by emailing Admin@glassnation.com with a copy of your identifying transaction information, a written explanation detailing your reasoning for requesting an RMA, and also photos of the items that you received from us in the condition that they were received in. An RMA will be issued. No RMA, no refund, no exceptions. If the return is being made due to our error i.e. wrong product received, item damaged during shipping, missing component(s), we will pay for the fault by issuing a prepaid shipping label to your address. If you are returning an item because of buyer’s remorse a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount returned to the payee’s original method of payment, or 100% will be returned to customer in the form of in-store credit–redeemable online or in a physical location. In cases of buyer’s remorse shipping expenses are the buyer’s obligation to pay. If an item is returned to us in a manner inconsistent to the description on the RMA a refund will not be issued e.g. a refund RMA for buyer’s remorse is issue to the customer and the returned item is returned in a damaged condition due to poorly insulated packaging. Customers are absolutely encouraged to purchase shipping insurance that covers the full price of the item’s cost. Once you drop your return package off at the post, it will likely take 3 weeks for the situation to be totally resolved. Allow 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your package, 3 to 5 business days to process the order, and another 3 to 5 days for bank processing. In order to expedite the whole process snap those photos and shoot us off an email as soon as you get the package and make a decision about returning the item.
Some items are never eligible to returned i.e. scales, detox, cones or papers, items for auction, item’s explicitly marked “as is” e.g. high price-point one of a kind art pieces such as for-sale-by-owner artwork.
