Chameleon Glass | Ash Catcher with Pattern Glass Pipe
The Ash Catcher pipe is a Chameleon Glass innovation that came about in 2002. Basically, how it works is, instead of a typical mouthpiece hole like on other pipes, the Ash Catcher mouthpiece has an inward facing cone. This cone makes the smoke travel through it while heavier pieces (ash, herb, etc.) fall to the bottom and never find their way into your mouth. This is great news for anybody that has ever taken a hit near the end of the bowl and had a burning ember fly into your mouth (or worse yet, the back of your throat). These particular Ash Catcher pipes come with a beautiful wrap and rake color design that looks like brightly colored spider web. Don’t worry. If you’re afraid of spiders, none live in these pipes. Mostly because everyone that has one uses it so often the little guys never have a chance to move in.
